“27” is one of Brighton’s original Regency guest houses. It offers 5 guest rooms with en-suite facilities in a traditional and intimate setting.

Its friendly owners, with their wealth of local knowledge, are on hand to ensure a pleasurable stay in Brighton, both for leisure and business visitors.

A superb full English Breakfast awaits all guests, using fresh locally sourced Sussex produce. An “in-room” dining experience is available to guests staying in our Superior King rooms. Vegetarian breakfast options are available on request. Flexible breakfast timings and late weekend breakfasts are also offered.

All rooms have superb comfy beds. Kings and doubles “sport” Victorian cast iron and brass beds. Beds are “dressed” with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen; bathrooms are adorned with white fluffy towels and beautiful “Pecksniffs” toiletries. Each guest has the use of an Egyptian white towelling robe.

All rooms have free wi-fi access, with colour T.V’s.

“27” is perfectly located in the fashionable Kemptown area of Brighton, a short walk from the waterfront and the myriad of bars and restaurants, the beach, famous Lanes shopping area, the beautiful Pavillion and Pier, and of course the Conference Centre.
