Chambers Bistro

Chambers is a fantastic hub of a bistro housed in the beautiful neoclassical Old Town Hall premises right in the middle of the high street in Shoreham-by-Sea. It is well worth the short ten minute drive out of the busy city centre of Brighton offering a modern British bistro menu in a really stylish setting. The food is simply delicious and beautifully presented and is updated regularly along with the seasons. There is a fresh catch of the day too amongst the daily specials boards.

The ambience is very relaxed and informal but very professional and with it being family owned and run every attention to detail is adhered to and the whole team is dedicated to delivering a really really good dining experience.

They offer the perfect solution to the end of the week with Sunday @ Chambers offering roasts which change weekly using prime cuts of meat and seasonal vegetables. Carafes of wine are available too on Sunday to accompany your lunch. children are very welcome (they've got three little ones of their own) where high chairs and colouring in is provided.
