Introduction to Wine

This wine tasting event is designed for those of you who enjoy wine but don’t know the difference between Chardonnay or Chablis, Beaujolais or Bordeaux. The purpose of this course is to teach you to be able to read any label on any bottle of wine and understand its meaning and ultimately to give you the confidence to pick a wine in a restaurant or a wine shop that you know you’ll enjoy. Remember, the most important thing to understand about wine is what you like.
