Located in the very heart of the Lanes in an old fishing cottage, in the picturesque Castle Square, the Gallery Restaurant is the perfect place to dine out in the Lanes.

The gallery restaurant boasts one of the largest outdoor heated terraces in Brighton overlooking the Royal Pavilion beyond. In the summer months the restaurant is renowned for the outdoor jazz band and many other resident musicians that play day and night and is fast becoming know as the perfect place to get into the Brighton swing of things.

The Menu has been created by Musa Jobi, who joined the team many years ago from the Dorchester Mayfair Hotel in London, Musa has created quite a reputation for the restaurant. When speaking to the head chef his enthusiasm and passion for food was very apparent. The restaurant only uses the very best local and free range ingredients when creating their dishes. Specialising in local steaks and seafood, the menu offers great British dishes such as summer salads, delicious vegetarian dishes, locally sourced free range steaks and locally caught seafood.
