From M23/A23 follow signs for Brighton seafront. Continue until you reach the Brighton Pier roundabout. Turn left into Marine Parade. we are on the left 300 metres from the Pier, Just beyond the New Steine Square and before the traffic lights at Lower Rock Gardens
